Is the economy looking up? Staying flat? Heading down again? Wherever you turn you hear different reports: housing is up, retail is down, one company is opening locations, one is closing them. When what we all really want to know is, "what is happening now that affects me?" In the last few days I have spoken with industry people who have lost a job, found a job, or are looking for a job. So, what's happening in our industry in regard to employment? (Because isn't that the true barometer?) I'm here to find out - and then to share that information with you.
