Your guidelines are indeed helpful.

Trying to figure out which of the many Social Media sites to use has been a real chore.


FohBoh.com has started a group called Social Media For Foodservice, (http://bit.ly/aQld8H), that starts with the basics and explains the ins and outs of each.
